I think, this one is closer to atmospheric black, maybe some depressive black flavor and even a bit of epic black.
Monotonic and meditative, somewhat cold, sometimes feels cosmic.
Tracks are long and not engaging through the whole length but have strong moments. Still, it might be better than several earlier releases.
In the end I decided to keep "De treurwilg" - it is actually pretty satisfying and has enough good parts.
