Band: Xasthur
Album: Nightmares at Dawn
Genre: Avant-garde Metal
Type: Full-length
Year: 2012
Country: United States

It keeps avant-garde approach from the previous release but adds more depressive black back.
Some tracks are depressive black but still majority of it better fits into avant-garde due to how inconsistent, varied and wacky it is.
Rough, dark, mysterious, maybe anxious and occult.
I like the version of "Screaming at Forgotten Fears" from "To Violate the Oblivious" more.
I'll pass.
