Random pick from the library. Surprised, I haven't mentioned a single Equilibrium release I like yet.
Similar to Ensiferum or Månegarm I like to put it into folk/viking category though maybe there's not that much viking. Also maybe some power metal influences.
Very solid and enjoyable album. Rich and varied but easy to follow and with a good composition and juicy sound.
Sometimes more epic, sometimes cheerful and playful, sometimes more aggressive and powerful.
Plenty of catchy melodies, energizing riffs and good vocals. I actually kept all tracks from it (and even despite that I think it is not my most favorite release of theirs).
Definitely a pleasure, my recommendation.
