I think, it is more on the side of doom with strong death influences but death/doom will do too.

Mostly slow and somewhat marching but sometimes has faster and more aggressive parts.

The sound is low, dense and chopping. Rarely melodic and dissonant in the doom style.

Curious but unfortunately pretty boring for me.
