Random pick from the library. Years of blogging and only the first mention of Arch Enemy, huh.

I like their early albums and don't mind Johan Liiva on vocals (yes, they had male vocals eternity ago).

More than that, I think, this release is more interesting and complex musically.

Great melodic death, not very aggressive, even somewhat tender at times.

Quite complicated yet easy to follow, melodic and memorable. Good riffs, catchy melodies and solos, and I even like some vocal lines.

Also, not trivial song structure and decent flow. Dark of the Sun is pretty awesome track.
