I had high expectations for that album and they aren't met.
It's not bad, it's just not astonishingly good.
First of all, it's not metal anymore in my opinion. The sound is even softer than before.
And second: it's not as intense and emotional. Not so many impressive memorable melodies and riffs, nothing amazing in composition.
Still, it's calm and meditative and pretty neat. Recommend to check this out.
